I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Texas, California and Florida. I began treating adults, couples, adolescents and children in 2014. My baccalaureate studies included Human Development and Christian Ministry. I continued my education earning a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Hope International University in Fullerton, CA. I am also an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
I specialize in treating children, adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety and depression. I am currently working towards a specialty in forensics and families in transition, working in court mandated cases with individuals, family reunification and co-parenting. I completed Advanced Reunification training and am currently training in parent facilitation, parent coordination and mediation. I regularly assist parent facilitators and parent coordinators when necessary. I have been professionally trained in treating victims of trauma and abuse and have received formal training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I follow my worldview by continuing to help individuals, couples and families find fulfillment in their lives.
I am a member of American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and Texas Association of Family Forensics.
